Proposal: to open a panel in the accessory panel, when is visible in the main section we can render a button to "send panel to the right" or "Split view". This will open the current panel in the accessory panel, and render the content in the main section.

When clicking the copy link or share button in the titlebar, we copy either the normal document URL (show the content) or a document + fragment if any content fragment (or blockID) is highlighted.

Copy links change depending on where is the button and what is copied. (as described for the copy link button for comments depending on where is rendered).
