Activity Panel
Several issues with the activity panels different tabs that need to be fixed know that the all activity is becoming a site feed.
All Activity / Site Feed
All activity / site feed should also have a short cut when the activity panel is closed.
The All activity / feed will have new elements (each item is defined on the feed item document)
The All activity / site feed should have a filter by collaborators as the way you filter though types of activities is thought he other tabs within the activity panel.
Version History
The items in the version history don't have constancy with the items in the all activity panel. The design should be unified so the element have consistency.
Citations

Discussions
There are a lot of problems with discussion especially with the hierarchy in which child comments are displayed which makes readying the discussion section very confusing.
I don't know what are the children because everything is just displayed inline.
When you open a reply or a mention in email it does not take you to the exact item that you are being notified about.
I propose that you don't see the children of the discussion only when you focus it. You should also not see the parent.
Collaborators
Doesn't need changes
Directory
The create button should be at the top (This already has a linear issue)
Contacts
Contacts needs to reflect information that is helpful for the user.
